Barbara E Goins Known as BEEGEE
Born January 5 1941 to Willie and Harriet Martin who preceded her in death. She attended South Side High school and Essex county College in Newark NJ.
Barbara served 2 years in the United States Army where she met Daniel Goins Sr and worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield for 32 years as a Claims Adjuster. There she met many of her life long friends
She was our Queen and Devoted to her Family. The Best mom not only to her own children but also to many men and women that met her. BEEGEE was a great listener, advisor, knowledgeable, Spiritual, nurturing and the strongest woman we’ve ever know. Her strength is something we will always adore. She lived a long and wonderful life. Barbara loved doing arts and crafts, drawing, knitting, sewing ,planting/taking care of her plants and was an amazing cook. Her smile and her presence would light up any room.
Barbara was a devoted mother to Daniel “Busta” Goins, Ernest “Ernie” Goins and wife Evanthe, Ta-Tanisha “Ta” Goins. Grandmother to Jadahn, Onazje who preceded her in death, Christian, Zwale and Camryn. Beloved sister to Rosetta Baker and Linda Curry Great Grandmother to. Madison and Maddox. An aunt and friend to many people that loved her
She will forever be Loved ,missed and will remain in our Hearts
